Built for how you want to operate, at the depth your exposure demands.
Every engagement comes down to two questions: how deep should the review go, and how much of the compliance function will we run for you? The result is a program uniquely built around your organization and risk management approach.
Trusted by general contractors, carriers, public entities, and risk managers running the highest-exposure third-party work.
How much of the operation do we run?
Whichever depth your operation requires, the next decision is operational. Three engagement models cover the range, from Self-Service infrastructure to a fully Managed Compliance operation.

Common questions about working with Docutrax.
Why should I review policies instead of COIs?
Three models, all on the same platform. Most clients choose the fully managed service: our team runs the entire operation. With expert review, our licensed professionals handle every document review, and your team runs the program on the platform. Self-service puts your team fully in the driver's seat, on a platform we configure around your requirements.
When should we choose managed service, expert review, or self-service?
It comes down to where you want your team spending its time. Managed service fits organizations that want the entire function handled: most of our clients land here. Expert review fits teams that want to run their own program but shouldn't be making insurance determinations without licensed professionals: we review every document, and your team runs the program on the platform. Self-service fits teams with the expertise and capacity to run it all, on infrastructure built for the work.
If we run it ourselves, what support do we get?
You're never actually on your own. We configure the platform around your requirements and your structure, train your team on it, and stay available as the program runs: support when something's unusual, guidance when requirements need rethinking, and the option to move document review or the whole operation to our team whenever it makes sense.
How is pricing structured?
Three independent dimensions: how much of the operation you place with our team, how deep the review goes, and the size of your third-party population. Adjust any one without changing the others, so the program fits how your organization actually operates rather than forcing you into a package. No surprise fees. Talk to our team and we'll size it against what your program costs you today.
Do you have a vendor pay option?
Yes. Program costs can be carried by your vendors and subs as a condition of doing business with you, at no cost to your budget. Talk to our team about whether it fits how your program is structured.
What do our vendors and subs actually experience?
Professional outreach under your brand: notices in your tone of voice, from your company email, with wording you approve and a cadence we define together. Submitting documents takes minutes through a clean upload portal, with none of the friction that turns into non-response. And when something needs more than a notice, they're dealing with licensed insurance professionals who can explain exactly what's required and why. Your third-party relationships are handled the way you'd handle them.
Can we start with certificate review and go deeper later?
Yes, and programs evolve this way often. Review depth is set relationship by relationship, so adding endorsement or full policy review for higher-risk third parties doesn't restructure anything: your requirement profiles expand and the program continues. Depth follows your risk, and it can follow it in both directions.
What does implementation actually involve on our side?
Very little by design. You provide the contracts and the third-party contact information; we build your requirement profiles, configure the platform around how your entities, projects, and teams are structured, and take the operation from there.
How do we get started?
Talk to our team. We'll scope your program, its population, depth, and service level, show you the platform against your actual use case, and come back with a proposal sized to your organization. From there, onboarding is ours to run.
Find the configuration that fits how your operation works.
Start with a conversation. We will walk through your third-party base, your depth requirements, and your operational preferences, then outline the configuration that fits your operation. No pressure. No standard pitch. Just a working session with people who do this work for a living.
